These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Draft Sports Tap (“we”, “us”) for the Draft Sports Tap Android app and this website (together, the “App”). Please read them — they are short and written to be understood.
Acceptance
By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
What the game is
Draft Sports Tap is a free game for entertainment. You tap to earn Sports Coins, spend them on in-game boosters, and commit them on single YES/NO questions about upcoming sports events (“picks”).
- Sports Coins are free, local game points. They cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed or withdrawn, and they have no cash or other real-world value.
- No real-money bets. Draft Sports Tap does not place real-money bets, does not hold or move real money and is not a sportsbook, casino, exchange or trading service. There are no deposits, wallets, cash-outs, prizes or in-app purchases.
- Picks are decided by in-game rules that are shown to you before you confirm them. Once confirmed, a pick’s choice, amount and Conviction cannot be changed.
No advice, no guarantees
The YES/NO consensus and any other information in the App are an informational signal, not advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing in the App is financial, betting or professional advice, and the App makes no promise of income, winnings or better real-world results.
Match data & results
Events, consensus figures and results come from a third-party sports data provider and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A pick settles only when a confirmed official result is available. If a result is missing, unclear or unconfirmed, the pick stays “Awaiting result” and the Sports Coins you committed stay locked until it can be settled. If a pick is officially voided, your Coins are returned. Settlement inside the game follows the rules shown with each pick and is applied once.
Local data & progress
Your Sports Coins, boosters, picks and history are stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud backup. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, resetting the game or losing your device removes your progress, and we cannot restore it. Progress in the game has no value outside the game.
Using the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
- use bots, auto-tappers, scripts or other automation, or tamper with the App’s data, memory or rules;
- overload, probe, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our data service or the systems behind it, or bypass its limits;
- use the App for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm us, other people or the service.
Games that simulate sports picks may be restricted or regulated in some places. You are responsible for making sure that using the App is permitted where you live.
Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, artwork, design, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Team, league, competition and provider names that appear as text belong to their respective owners; their use is only to describe events and does not imply affiliation or endorsement. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Third-party services
If you install the App from Google Play, Google’s own terms apply to that transaction. The App relies on third-party data and infrastructure that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time, for example to add features, fix issues or reflect legal requirements. When we change the Terms we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Availability & ending use
We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it, including live data, at any time. You can stop using the App whenever you like by uninstalling it. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data and results, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and that the App will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, Sports Coins, progress or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Because the App is free and Sports Coins have no monetary value, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business change.
