Draft Sports Tap is built to need as little data as possible. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics. This policy explains what that means in practice for the Draft Sports Tap Android app (the “App”) and for this website.
The short version
- You don’t create an account and we don’t ask for your name, email, phone number, location or contacts to play.
- Your Sports Coins, Energy, booster levels, picks and history are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us.
- The App connects to the internet only to load upcoming sports events and to check official results. These requests do not contain your game data.
- There are no ads, no advertising ID, no analytics or attribution SDKs and no crash-reporting SDKs in the App.
Who we are
“Draft Sports Tap”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the team behind the Draft Sports Tap game (app ID digital.dk.sportstap). You can reach us at tarasborovik10@gmail.com or through the contact page.
Data stored on your device
To let you play, the App keeps the following information locally on your phone:
- your Sports Coins balance (available and locked), Energy and tap counters;
- your booster levels;
- your picks: the question you chose, your YES/NO choice, amount, Conviction, and the result once settled;
- your settings, such as reduced motion and haptics;
- a temporary cache of sports events so the App can show something when you are offline.
This information stays on your device. We do not receive it, we cannot see it and we cannot restore it for you. Android backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for this data, so it is not copied to a cloud account by the App.
What the App sends over the network
The App makes read-only requests over HTTPS to our sports data service to load upcoming events and to check the official result of events you have picked. These requests contain identifiers of sports events, not identifiers of you. Your Sports Coins, picks, amounts, Conviction and progress are never included.
As with any internet request, the service that receives it and the network providers that carry it can see technical information such as your IP address, the time of the request and standard request details. We use this only to deliver the service, keep it secure and prevent abuse, for example through rate limiting. We do not use it to identify you, build a profile about you or show you advertising.
What we don’t collect
The App does not collect or request: your name, email address or any account or profile details; precise or approximate location; contacts; photos, files, camera or microphone data; health data; or an advertising ID. It contains no advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Permissions
The App asks only for the network access it needs to load sports data. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Third parties & data sources
- Sports data. Events, the YES/NO consensus and results are supplied by a sports data provider through our data service. Each pick shows its source and resolution rules. The App does not send your choices to the provider.
- Google Play. If you install the App from Google Play, Google processes information about your download and device under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive personal information from Google Play about you.
- Hosting and network providers. Our data service and this website use infrastructure and content-delivery providers that process technical request data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering traffic securely.
Team, league and competition names shown in the App are used only as text to describe events. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any league, club or betting operator.
Retention & deletion
Because your game data lives on your device, you control it. You can delete it at any time in the App under Settings → Reset game data, or by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it in Android settings. Deleting it cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it for you.
Security
The App connects only over encrypted HTTPS. We limit what the App can send and keep your game data off our systems entirely. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but collecting almost nothing is the strongest protection we can offer.
Children
Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us through this website, email us and we will delete the message.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information, such as access, correction, deletion or objection. Since the App does not send us personal information, we generally hold nothing about your gameplay to access or delete. If you have written to us (by email or the contact form) and want your message deleted, or you have any privacy question, contact us and we will respond.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads. This website does not set tracking cookies or use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.
- Contact form. If you send a message through the contact page, the name, email address and message you type are transmitted to our form-processing provider (Web3Forms) and delivered to us by email. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your request.
- Hosting. The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. As part of delivering pages and protecting against abuse, the hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP addresses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make it visible in the App or on this website.
